For safety purposes, our premises are monitored with digital video surveillance.
PRICING
All prices are subject to change without notice.
PAYMENTS
$10 minimum charge for credit card payments. Personal checks are not accepted.
GIFT CERTIFICATES/GIFT CARDS
Gift certificates/Gift cards are non-refundable, non-exchangeable, and cannot be redeemed if lost or stolen.
APPOINTMENTS
Please arrive 10 minutes before your appointment to ensure you receive the full service time. Late arrivals may result in a shortened service without a price adjustment. Cancellations require a 24-hour notice.
SERVICE SATISFACTION
If you’re not satisfied with your service, notify us immediately before leaving the studio. We will adjust the service to meet your expectations. Once you leave the salon, no complaints will be accepted. Complimentary touch-ups may be available depending on the service.
COMPLAINTS/FEEDBACK
For any concerns or feedback, please speak to the manager at the front desk.
REFUNDS
We do not offer refunds or credits for completed services.
CHILD SAFETY
Children are only allowed in treatment areas if they are receiving services. Children under 7 must remain in the lobby and be supervised by an adult. Clients are responsible for any damages caused by children.
PETS
Pets are not allowed inside the studio.
FOR YOUR PROTECTION
We are not responsible for the loss or damage of personal items, including clothing and accessories.
HEALTH ISSUES
Please inform us of any medical conditions, injuries, or illnesses before your service. We are not liable for issues arising from undisclosed health conditions.
RIGHT OF REFUSAL
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone.
DEPOSITS
Appointments valued over $150 require a deposit.

All offers and coupons must be presented at check-in and cannot be combined with other promotions.
